everyone has something - but there are a lot of people who are too scared to admit to it. even with their SO. possibly they are too embarrassed to admit what they fantasize about for fear of what you'll think about them. it may help to tell your fantasies first and then ask them how they feel about those and what "twists" they would put on your fantasies. then ask what they fantasize about and offer your "twists" to them
