My husband found a pic online of a woman that he says looks like me. I don't see it at all! What do you think? I'm on the right and she's on the left.

I'm going to have to agree with your husband -- there are enough differences that it's obvious the pictures aren't the same person, but Mother/daughter or Sister/sister are definite possibilities.
