You have to hire 10 people.

Who do you hire:

Group A. They work fabulously as a team, but take out one or seperate them make them work on thier own{individually} the suck crap, no individual skills only awesome team work skills, no team can work better.

or

Group B. They work moderately well as a team not great but they can work it out quite well, buttake one apart or make them work on thier own{individually} they soar through the clouds none can compare to this group working as inidividuals.

Which group do you choose? Why?

Group B.

Not everything, in fact not many things in a business are projects for a group of 10 people. It's better to have 10 productive single workers than a group of 10 who are lost without eachother.

cool, anyone else

I would hire group B.

It would be alot easier to send them to teamwork classes (if needed), then to send all participants of group A to learn the individual skills they should probably have to get the job anyway.

Besides, team work's over rated anyway.

Wiggles baby

Tell that to the Patriots.:D

Team work will beat individual skills anyday.

That's why the Rangers still suck even though they shelled out a quarter of a billion for A-Rod.

So with group B what happens when the egos clash or communication breaks down? All of a sudden John's Tab A doesn't quite fit into Marcia's slot B.

Just food for thought.

Me? I would take the five best from each group...I never play by the rules.
