Okay, just something I thought we could have fun with.

Post here either what author here on lit you would like most to collaborate with or what two authors you would like to see work together or both. If you want to make it more challenging try limiting it to people who post here from time to time.

As a collaboration, I think I would go with Alwayswantedtoo. When I came here my incest kink was limited to bother/sister. I never thought a mother/son story could be enticing in anyway(and a couple I read early on did nothing to fix that) and someone referred Always to me and I was so blown away I had to try my hand at it.

To date the best remark I have ever received on one was "Almost on par with Alwayswantedtoo) so it would be an honor to give something a shot with him.

Larasscasse would be a second choice, but it would have to be a dark piece.

as for the one I would like to read, Pennlady along with lettersfromtatyana(who has not posted here in quite some time) would be a good one.

But I think Manyfeathers/TX Rad would be a great mix as both seem to be able to own whatever category they have written in and I give a lot of credit to that.

So who is your "team"

Just can't help yourself from finding inventive ways to pat your writing on the back today, can you? :D

Yes, Alwayswantedtoo does just fine--without any "help."

I would so love to see you two writing a dark BDSM gay pirate story together.

(And I will edit for you if you do it.
:rose::rose:)

I already have a coauthor here. It's Sabb. Happy to say that a reviewer (you know what an actual reviewer is, don't you, LC?) said of both our novellas under the name Shabbu, The Interview and I Met A Man, that she couldn't see where one author's voice ended and the other one picked up. I think that's what a good collaboration should result in.

This is meant to be in fun Pilot, should I look up the word for you?

Yes I do actually. Unpaid and unsolicited even.

You like to brag about being "professionally" published, well everyone knows those books come with plenty of bought reviews by the publisher.

Anyway sorry I don't post mine in my sig like you do. I don't need a perpetual ego stroke.

I had started a collaborative piece with Lucifer Carroll years back, but he disappeared from Lit and haven't heard from him since.

That sucks I tried one with someone. I wrote the first chapter and advertised in the author's note the other author would follow with chapter two and he fell off the face of the earth.

After I got hammered with e-mails for the second installment I went and rewrote the first story to have a solid ending and removed the note promising the sequel.

No, you take the "high" road of posting a personal attack in your sig line. :D

Gee, if my publishers are paying for interviews on my works, I must be making a bundle to support that. ;)

I think that LC and loquere would be a perfect collaborative match. Or maybe LC and Safe-bet Usurper. Then he could do all the writing and she could include the work in her portfolio.

No, they have to keep adding them to support lagging sales.:D

But whatever, I will leave you to continue to tout things that do not exist.

In the meantime I want to thank you for sniping on every thread I start.

Your yapping at my heels like an attention starved puppy never fails to make me smile and others as well. I have a great collection of "good for you" Pm's

Now stop wagging your tongue and start wagging your tail and maybe someone will throw your irrelevant ass a bone.

Again, this is my day to hold the mirror to your posting behavior. And you make it easy by all of your me, me, meing in various forms today. :D

I hope folks didn't miss the one in the Story Feedback section where you show who is competitive, has to be the better, and is obsessed with the other.

Ah, your collection of PMs. (Talk about laughable imaginary assertions)
I could probably raise the image of yipping rats scuttling around inside the walls from that--if there was any reason to believe such a lame assertion . . . or if I cared if it was true, considering who would be PMing you with such yipping.

Wow, you guys really can't have a thread without it turning into a slapfight over who started not touching the other first, can you?

We'll see. LC has always had the option. He started in on me this morning. All he needs to do is not start in on me. I don't really have any reason to put up with his shit anymore.

I've always thought dreams teams to be a form of communism. In a true Adam Smith free market system you pull yourself up ALONE, or you die. That's the way it needs to be, in my America.

So, maybe you should team with Safe-bet Usurper rather than LC. Her speciality is letting someone else do all the writing and then taking credit for it.

Yes because a writing collaboration on a free site for fun would set the constitution on its ear.

Do me a favor, send me the location of "your America" I wouldn't want to end up there by mistake.

If I ran for President I might just carry the Plain States. The greatest part of this perfect union.

I have a co-author too. We're with a M/M publisher though. It's not as easy as I first though, I can tell you that. She's older than me, much more experienced, and edits for several M/M publishers. But our styles flow well together. It's been fun. And very much a learning experience for me.

As for here, WickedWendyDru and I had planned something, but it fell through when I jumped into publishing full time. Robcub is another one I'd like to work with, along with a few other M/M writers here I'd kill to work with.

Look sr71 pilot. It's clear that you have more character than LC. The boy is vengeful beyond reason and im no better. I would never team up with him in the future.

I have no fucking clue who I might want to collab with. My last attempt, my partner turned out to be OCD-- she would four thousand words for a scene, on account of how Stella could edit it-- which never gave me time to write myself. If I asked her to cut her prose herself, she would cut a hundred words and write another five hundred. If I edited it, I would come back to find she'd "tidied up" -- and added another five hundred words of useless detail.

I ended up leaving a rather fabulous concept behind along with parts of my sanity. Blech.

I wouldn't mind trying a collab -- MugsyB and I have tossed it about but not for a while -- but I'm afraid I wouldn't have time and don't want to leave a co-author in the lurch.
