Ideally, here's what I would look for... though I know that no one is perfect and doesn't possess all of these traits.. but if I were looking, these are the things I feel are important to a successful relationship..

Passionate
Intelligent
Considerate and respectful
Conscientious
Humble
Kind
Great sense of humor
Strong enough to carry both us us when needed
Someone who keeps me on my toes and isn't afraid to debate when needed
Show our love through doing little things
Includes me in his day everyday.. because it's important for both of us
Wants a true partnership
A Best friend , who would be there for eachother always with no quesion
Strong enough to handle me when I'm not at my best - and visa versa
Cares about what's best for our relationship

Ambitious
Loves to be surprised
Someone to grow old with
Love eachother enough to understand we're both not perfect, but always be willing to make it the best it can be everyday..

I agree totally - Though we all have a certain thing we look for, I believe there is one true love for each of us. It's not what's on a list that define's it or makes it so for me.. It's the feelings that go along with it .. The way you both feel when you see eachother, how you can't breathe when you think of losing him or he with you, the touch that tells you it will all be ok--he'll take care of you, and the way the whole world seems to disappear when you make love and are resting in his arms. Feeling eachother's love without saying it, how you want to spend the rest of your lives being with and knowing this person, making the most incredible memories.. trusting and just being there for eachother unconditionally during the good and the bad.

Maybe some might say I like fairytales too much.. but I do believe it's possible to achieve it all with the right person...

a man.....weirdly wonderful....who portrays entire trust in me....who is gently rough, dirty, playful...a man who pushes the boundries of my mind....experiments with my body....and sees me for ME....i'm not sure he's out there in this world....i haven't found him...i work in fashion and with bands yet i'm seen as a sweet 'good' girl.....maybe coz I not a party party girl....i prefer art gallery's, museums, sights, sounds, film, and experiences.....the men I've met that like similar - usually like men
