Lunch was a lobster grilled cheese, with Monterey Jack, a 2-yr aged cheddar and a slathering of pesto. Yes, I could easily eat two of them.

Lunch was a pastrami quesadilla, here. With cheap yellow mustard and mixture of comte and pechorino romano cheeses.

Harry made a fab venison thingy with mongolian sauce, to which we added teensy baby carrots, ginger, garlic, leeks, onion, chopped tomatoes, and fresh pineapple. cooked for ages till it pulled apart with a spoon - seriously yummy, very different flavour-wise.

How do you render the Mongolians down to a smooth sauce?

This started in early March 2018. Today is April 20, 2018

Lettuce does not stay fresh, for very long, when whole. How long does chopped lettuce stay fresh ? Not very long.

A month goes by, and they have not stopped shipping new poisoned lettuce from the farm ?

Like a good boy, I just now ate a granola bar, a Quaker Chewy chocolate chip with all of 100 calories, because I was too lazy for anything more. What's your excuse?

I'm having leftover chili con carne with toast as a breakfast - and, of course, strong coffee with a bit of milk and sugar. Pretty tasty. :cathappy:
