But, it's at the brewery and I needed not to be drinking for lunch. So, I settled for a kick-ass Philly from the Wrap & Roll food trailer at the gas station. And yes, the jalapenos were welcomed.

Preparing and sharing food - especially delicious eats - with others is a reward unto itself.

I believe food tastes extra awesome when it has been prepared lovingly for you by another.

It's always been my opinion that the company you eat with, makes the meal. And, when the food is good, and the company is good, the meal is fantastic.

It may seem silly, but I try to think good thoughts while I cook, because I think it makes a difference - not that it's hard. Cooking is a creative outlet for me, so I'm usually perfectly content and happy in the kitchen, unless someone is in my way. That makes me cranky.

It's always been my opinion that the company you eat with, makes the meal. And, when the food is good, and the company is good, the meal is fantastic.

And, usually, quiet until everyone's had their fill.
