I two young Berkshire rabbits. Cleaned and whole....

Any suggestions?

Sweet and sour rabbit was always a house fav when we raised them for the freezer.

You can never go wrong with teriaki rabbit.

Braising is always a good technique for bunny.

Oh my word. I have yet to do any type of ribs on the grill this summer. I must fix that situation soon.

Those are beef ribs that the grocer cuts from the rib roast. They are relatively cheap because there's hardly any meat on them, but damn, what's there is very good.

No Bacon, WTF ?

Tommy's Burger Stop does not discriminate. Perhaps this guy has a religious issue with pork?

I felt like potato salad for dinner, but didn't have all the ingredients.
What I ended up with was potaoes, diced onion, diced char-grilled red peppers, dressed with salted greek yoghurt.
OMG, yum!!!

I am having flat iron steak and Brussel sprouts for second breakfast before I go out.
I thought about a sweet potato too, but I am not sure.

Next month I am hosting a barbecue for a chef ( amoung others)

I am ok for meat ideas I think but any fish ideas are welcome! Well, all favourite ideas might be worth considering. Barbecue / grilling itself will be done by G, but marinades etc by me, plus desserts and salads etc. g is enthusiastic about barbecue....skilled...maybe, less so. But better than me.

My slight difficulty is I am out all day of the Barbecue . I can get some one to light it for me but the food either has to be instant prepare or able to marinade for twenty four hours.

Also, anythng including mint would be great if any one has recommendations. I am not sure how large the group will be yet, but it's international, and I want to keep flavours punchy and fresh.

My fav seafood is sea bass in parchment. Can be done with indirect heat on barbeque.

Delicious! ( and novel, just ignore the barbecue!) :D
Not necessarily ignore, just an added option to other fish dishes, which can also be prepared ahead. Depending on how many people are eating, are you cooking everything on one grill? Fish, meat, sausages, chicken all take different variations of heat.
