A big time foodie.. anything from spicy to sweet will do..

If anything includes just down home comfort food then you're invited over tomorrow night for black-eyed peas, green beans, creamed corn and something I can do with ground hamburger meat. Corn bread and sweet tea are mandatory.

you'll all get gassy

How much Yossi? Just a shake? A tablespoon?

I've been trying to perfect peeling eggs for ages!

I give a generous shake of the box. Probably ends up being a couple tablespoons, but that may be overkill. I've read a pinch will do.

Did fried chicken tonight as a special request for Mrs Rug, and it might be the best I've made. Stuffed myself silly.

Over the weekend a lovely cole slaw faerie left behind a tropical slaw. I was so excited! And, not only that, cauliflower taco shells magically appeared, courtesy of the taco god, Guaconshellillapa.

Throw a little pulled chicken on those two gifts and I'll have my lunch today.

What if the cookie sheet does the potato chip thing when it heats up?

Your vittles will go flying.

A standard half-size sheet pan is made of heavy aluminum built for high heat and regular use (commerical use), like this.
That's the sort of pan you need for stuff like dis.

I do have a jelly roll pan that will do the potato chip pop over 400 degrees. Sometimes I take my chances and roast asparagus on it.

Just picked up this cookbook (okay, like a month ago):

Sheet Pan Suppers

Haven't had a chance to cook anything yet but have marked a ton of recipes worth trying, it looks like the perfect synthesis of mostly easy but still interesting.

Also, there's a recipe for a cannoli roulade. Fuckitynuckbuckets it looks delicious.
Plan to use very soon.

That keeps showing up in my Amazon recommendations, but I haven't bought it yet. Let me know how you like it!
