I think everybody just assumes "banana = cock" But looking at it in it's little jacket, with a slit down the middle, I get where you are coming from. I hope :p

Yep, we are definitely on the same page!

I always knew that many foods were highly erotic. And they don't have to look pornographic, just taste yummmmmmy. in the bedroom as well as in the kitchen or dining room.

(oh ^^^^ and continuing to be bad!)

It was one of my key things when selecting partners.....no fussy eaters. If people cannot enjoy sensuality of food then what else cannot they enjoy? Its such a basic sensuality, and so often people seem to me to reveal so much through it....they won't compromise with partners to eat something once in a while that their partners enjoy but they don't, they prefer fast food to slow food, nothing fresh and real or nourishing and often from the same taste sensations of over salty and sweet, no thought to source of food, or the place the one meal might have in the whole diet.

I hear you!

And speaking of food, I have to rustle something up for dinner. ciao! :rose:

Yesterday I posted the Chocolate Rum Banana recipe, easy to do and tasty. Today I had a light bulb moment while walking down a candy isle. Pieces of chocolate out, this in.

Just so you can see how it progresses in stages.

Melted, you can see some of the white marshmallow exposed

I topped it with a ribbon of Whipped cream and a sprinkle of Cinn because I like them.

I could taste all the ingredients. Surprisingly the graham cracker retained its gritty, crunchy texture. I expected it to be mushy.

It's a fun dessert, play with it or stick to the basics but have a go at it

Dude, I don't wanna judge, but that looks absolutely repulsive! at least take off the sticker for the love of god!

my Dad ate some dog soup in Vietnam a few weeks ago. He said it was delicious until he found out what it was.

I had the exact same experience in China about 10 years ago.
But, unlike my Dad I went back for more.

True what they say about mind over matter.

True, doing it in the microwave turns the banana black. Considering I can make this dessert in less than a minute , instant gratification and taste is what counts late at night.

brunch

take one glorious pillow of golden crusted white bread
sensuously smooth a generous covering of brussels pâté across its pristine surface
smear with contrasting daubs of colman's mustard for a nice bite
slice 3 closed cup mushrooms, slicing sideways to create discs, and arrange with an artistic hand across the mustard-happy pâté
layer with flavour-filled shavings of seriously strong cheddar
top with a second pillow of fresh white heaven

place onto the preheated plate of a george forman griller
close the lid
make coffee
lift lid to reveal the magnificence of a gold-toasted, cheese-melty, hot-pâtéd, juicy-mushroomed piece of perfection.

serve with pomegranate jewels straight from the fridge

marks n spencers eat your heart out

You're vealcome!:D

I do not like mushrooms or mustard, but may I please have all of the rest?

*drools*

:currylove:

of course :rose:

i got carried away doing a marks n spencer type description, so tonight it's simply omelette and chips :D

Shanks!

Omelettes are pure perfection.

I need to make some curry soon. I've never made any Indian curry dishes at home, I always do Thai. It's time to branch out.

Ah, the days of (meat and fowl based) pate, wine, and roses.

Thank goodness, there are delicious vegetarian pates.
Whole grain mustard ? Yes.

Pommery ? Absolutely.

(I watched a video clip, this week, that gave me some clues about why my French loaves are not all that they should be.)

Pate and melted cheese? Why not ? Mushrooms ? Yes! Yes!

Lunch will be leftovers from last night's dinner. Smoked ham shank in a pot of black beans with a couple of bisquick dumplings. Perfect for a chilly day.

Gloucester UK cheese and Red Leicester cheese to melt, today. Yum

Though some Gloucester, MA chowder would be good, too.

Mom's homemade potato soup and a big glass of sweet tea.

My reward for clearing out their irrigation system this morning.

This is the first truly beautiful Florida day of the season. It's glorious.

Saratoga Chips!!!

Yes, they were called that when created, and there's a company called that.

Why are the potato bins in the super markets stocked with miserable specimens ?

Hope that there are new, beautiful spuds at the farmer's market.
