You'll be carbon dating yourself, but at this point I doubt there's anyone here relatively younger than thirty-five. :D

Who’s the first person you voted for as President?

Mine was Clinton in 1992.

Jimmy Carter of Georgia defeated incumbent Republican President Gerald Ford 1976.

As I was a Democrat I voted for Peanut Head.

I turned 18 just in time for Carter-Reagan, and as a massive nerd of course I voted.

i'll never forget the pride that accompanied my participation in my first vote.

i really felt as though it wasn't just pepsi winning, but me winning with them.

You've got some years on me...but I knew that.

No surprise. Concern trolls like you on aughts-era boards like these tend to be 4chan rejects looking for a purpose...and that ain't my generation! :D

Gonna answer the question, or nah?

You'll be carbon dating yourself (snip)

No shit! But I'll dodit anyway: Nixion-McGovern 1972. I voted at Fort Lewis Washington (I was active army at the time). We could leave or unit and vote any time during that day. We used the punch card style ballots at the time.

Comshaw

Reagan, i980. I could have voted in the 1976 election, but I didn't really care yet. Carter made me care.
