Your first porn?

Could be any number of people I've known and worked with, including one older doctor gent who is also a playwright (can't recall his name, even though we were good friends -- long time ago).

Hmm. I'm trying to recall what it was in my porno story that made you think I might know your friend. LOL

Well, he doesn't ring a bell, but there was a time when I knew at least by sight every journeyman actor who ever haunted the NY Equity Lounge.

A rather dark, odd film called Memories Within Miss Aggie. It was remarkable in the sense that it had a plot; derivative, but a plot nonetheless.

The best film on the program, though, was a short subject involving tennis shoes -- a navy blue man's shoe; a white lady's shoe; and, at the end, a powder blue baby tennis shoe. It was cute.

Not sure of title, but the first I ever saw was a clinical, analytical How To sort of tape, stepped through how to do everything, I guess I learned some good sex moves from it but it was very boring.

One of my first was in the early 80s, called Summer Lovers, starred Janette Littledove. Mostly cheesy, very little plot. But there's a very hot 69 scene there with Janette's real-life husband at the time, and that scene remains one of the few I enjoy to this day. You actually see HER come in his mouth, see him lick her clean, and then you see her effortlessly take his whole length into her mouth and you can almost FEEL the love between them the way she swallows his length and girth so sweetly and eagerly. She manages to seem innocent but very sexual at the same time. That scene redeemed what was otherwise a schlocky film.

I also recall one with Kelly Nichols where she was a radio DJ named Silk hosting a call-in show called Slip Into Silk, she's sits up on a countertop and gets eaten right through her panties, and at the moment of her greatest ecstasy, her leg spasms and kicks over a chair, the scene was hot. But that's the trouble with most of these videos, you sit through an hour or more of crud to get one good, hot scene. And waht passes for humor in these tapes -- on, PULEASE. They thought it was funny to have the Los Angeles radio station called W-LAY (LA for Los Angeles and LAY for, well, YOU know) and this "joke" is repeated a gazillion times.

I think I liked Janette and Kelly (and Hyapatia Lee, too) because they were short, big-busted, dark-complexioned brunettes who enjoyed what they were doing. And there was actually at least an ATTEMPT to have a plot in the video. In short, I could identify with these ladies.

I've been to X video stores recently and I wouldn't buy any of what's out now. It's all AWFUL, most don't even have ONE good scene in them, and the sex IS the story-line! Thankfully, our favorite sex store sells toys and outfits as well as the videos. And they do sell some of the old "classic" stuff, late 1970s and early 1980s, that have one or two worthhile scenes.

Saw a TV documentary the other night about how rock videos are more and more using porn actresses. Those who can sing and dance do well, they already have the sexy moves down from their X movies. That might not be all that new a trend? Didn't Hyapatia Lee switch from porn to music performer years ago? Seems to me I saw Hyapatia talking about that some years ago on Oprah or Sally Jesse.

Charley

Anyone remember "Charley" from the early '70's? This was when you had to so very seriously untune the TV to get the Playboy channel. Back when cheating cable was easy.

LOL

I saw a whole bunch of Super 8mm loop tapes that my dad used to have for stag parties. He wasn't real mechanically inclined, so his trusty teenage son would come in and get the projector going and also be able to splice films that broke (that damn organic solvent glue certainly took years off my life, LOL). I remember bored women with cloche hats, skinny guys with black socks and the myterious white river of cum that would materialize coming out of edit splices.

As far as video porn, I think it was Behind The Green Door. I remember Ben Davidson of the Raiders smashing that football . . . oh yeah, there was sex too!

Went with a friend at 18 and saw "Emmanuelle" at the regular theatre. First real porno I was was a Betta video copy of Deep Throat another couple rented and watched with my first wife and I.

My current wife and I rent one occasionally but trying to find a "movie" and not a compilation of fuck scenes on a tape is getting harder and harder to do. Finally resorted to taking video camera into the bedroom and making our own.
Watching those together and commenting on the "acting" is much more fun than trying to wade thru the crap they rent these days.

I can't remember the name of the first porn film I saw. But I do remember the circumstances... it was the early 70's I was in high school but going into Manhattan on Saturdays for music classes at a rather prestigious school. One day my friend and I cut classes and went to a porn theatre in manhattan. I can clearly remember some scenes; like seeing the guy pull out and cum on the woman - which was quite shocking, though not unpleasantly so in that it was totally unexpected. Its been downhill into the gutter for me ever since then. Now I don't just watch and read 'em - I write 'em too!

Some of the earliest actresses I remember seeing on film were Seka, Aunt Peg, Desiree Cousteau, Marilyn Chambers, Annette Haven (gorgeous!).

As was mentioned earlier in this thread - though I saw them - Linda Lovelace and Georgina Spelvin did nothing for me.

First movie I think was "Behind The Green Door" My b/f's aunt suggested it because she knew I hadn't seen any and she said it was a classic. We watched that and "Devil in Miss Jones"

I loved "Behind The Green Door"!

Your Aunt had good taste Vixen. I also think those two movies are classic.

I think the first time I ever saw a porn flick was at a theater. A buddy of mine from work and I took one of the secretaries to see "Deep Throat." He took her home and I went back to work. *sigh*

Years later, my wife suggested that we get a TV with a built-in VCR for the bedroom. We had a perfectly good TV already and I thought it was a waste of money. When she started wiggling her eyebrows, I dropped everything and ran to Service Merchandise. [and they say men control the world… ha!] I remember the first movie we rented was called "Ghost" and it had a fairly good plot. I have unsuccessfully looked for the movie since because I would like to buy it.
