Here's a real poser for you. What was the first "adult" film you ever saw? Did you like it? How did it make you feel?

For me it was winter 1975-76. The film was a send up of the Frankie and Annette classic "Beach Blanket Bingo". The title was "Beach Blanket Bango". The female lead was a silicon enhanced Annette Funicello lookalike. I was VERY impressed. It was like nothing I had ever seen before. Of course it was rather tame when compared to some of the more recent stuff, but for an innocent like I was, it was a real eye opener.

Ok, I'll bite....

Sometime in the late 80's I saw the first "blue" movie in my life. I don't know what the title was. Some kind of overly dramatic polyester and big hair produciton that lead into the strangest sexual gymnastics I have ever seen.

I felt...like laughing to be honest. I was more aroused by the idea of the ex- renting the video than the video itself.

hanging head in shame....looking at the floor

uuhhhhhhh.....ummmmmmm......I have never actually seen one before, not even a homemade one.

Crossing fingers and hoping that doesn't mean I will get slapped back to Virgin and have to work my way back to Guru after watching one finally.

Any suggestions???

My first porn was Candida Royale's "Three Daughters." It was a "couples tape", about the sexual awakening of the youngest of three sisters. She learns how to masturbate while spying on her other sisters' lovemaking, then learns some more about sex from her best girlfriend. Finally, she makes love with a man for the first time.

The only part of the tape that got my juices flowing was the scene where she and her girlfriend played with each other. I seem to remember falling asleep after that part.

When I was about 12, I found a video my uncle had rented. Seems like it was just about an hour of pure, raw sex between some really ugly men and women, but it was enough to make me extremely anxious to lose my virginity, pronto!

The first porn I ever saw was literally a FILM -- 8mm Silent, untitled, and only about three minutes.

I was not impressed. It was the mid 1980's before I bothered to try porn on video, some twenty years later.

My first porn video was back in the early 90's. I was Nurse Nancy. I have since bought a copy of it. It's about a hooker and nurse that switch places one day. It's pretty good in my opinion.

first porn

mags were Playboy, Hustler and Penthouse in my Dad's nightstand.. I must've been 11 or 12. I snuck them out and read the stories and couldn't believe the women were so beautiful posing in such nasty ways!! (ended up getting caught hiding them under my mattress...but that's another story)

First movie I think was "Behind The Green Door" My b/f's aunt suggested it because she knew I hadn't seen any and she said it was a classic. We watched that and "Devil in Miss Jones"

I loved "Behind The Green Door"!

I am actually seeking.....

The first one I ever saw......

Little Sister's from the mid-70's or so.....

If anyone has heard of it or know where I can get a copy - let me know please.

The first porno film I saw was called "Pretty Peaches" I think.

As far as porn in general I snuck my dads playboys from an early age.;)

I honestly can't remember the name. But there was enough fucking, sucking and moaning in it. to make me sweat quite a bit....hey I was 14. whatcha expect?? ;)

No the "star" was about as much of a belle as I am

No Juliangel.

That started when I fell madly in love with a tour guide at Seaworld in Orlando ..... I was 12.

I was totaly smitten even though when I told her I was from New Brunswick she said I didn't have a New Jersey accent.*grins*

My first entree into the murky pornographic underworld was at 12. I was snooping busily through my brother's belongings searching for a 50 dollar bill that I was certain he had made off with. Instead of a 50, I found an extensive collection of pornography. The magazines with nekkid women didn't interest me in the least, I could see that sort of thing by looking in the mirror without paying for it. He did, however, have several different copies of Penthouse Forum and Penthouse Variations. I considered this bootlegged porn to be a fair trade for these items and made off with them. It turns out my mother borrowed the money, for which she apologized but never returned. My brother was frustrated by his loss of those magazines, he knew I did it, but could never prove it. I'm far more clever than he is.

The very first porn movie I'd seen was a slightly deviated from straight porn featuring a bunch of people having first oral sex, then vaginal sex, then anal sex. There was even a threesome involved in all of this. Shockingly, this one had just enough of a plot to make it interesting. This was about a year ago and borrowed from my next door neighbor of the emerald green penis shaped husquevarna that she kept in her refrigderator to preserve the batteries. I was in the Navy at the time, something that was detrimental to my enjoyment of this movie, called the Dreamer, as Peter North was a sexual fantasy for one of the women by portraying a sailor. Oh my gawd did I lose it. His shoes were wrong, the rank was wrong, his hat was wrong, he was wearing the wrong belt, he didn't have the proper undershirt, the tie was tied all wrong. There is nothing worse for a good porno than dissecting his uniform. He was shortly followed by an interesting little vignette with this, um, woman named Sake. It was rather nasty and I don't know how those guys managed to keep it up.

Nowdays, I just read my porn.

It was Fall 1984 when I saw my first porn flick; "Insatiable II" with Marilyn Chambers. I was with my sorority sisters and we rented it when we had lock-in weekend at the house. Wow....that, in itself, sounds like a porn plot!!

Anyhow, LOVED it and hubb bought it for me last year :). It actually has a plot!! (They must have a "plot"...lol) The pool table and shower scenes are ggggrrrrrreat!! A high rating from this viewer!!!

First book

I can't recall my first film. I saw some really forgettable stuff back in the 70's. Guys with masks on, because they didn't want to be recognized. No masks for the women. Really strange.

I do remember the first porn book I read. I stumbled across 'Binding with Briars' in a bookstore when I was 17. It was a dark tale of a man's submission to a woman. I'd had no idea this went on, and it affected me strongly. Too scared to actually take it up to a clerk and buy it, I read it in the bookstore, on my luch hour, over the course of many days. Always with a hardon.

I don't recall the book in great detail. It opened with a poem by Blake, that was the source of the title. Some literary merit, how about that. Sure beat those masks.

I don't remember the first one I actually watched. Of course, back then it meant actually going into a theater and not just hitting the play button on the VCR. I do remember the first one I heard about - that was "I am Curious (Yellow)". I never saw it, though.

Probably "Deep Throat". Which reminds me of a story:

When I was going to college at ASU (many, many moons ago) I met a young lady and one thing led to another and we decided that we wanted to become intimate. We even planned a night for it to happen. One of us (probably me) had the bright idea of watching some porn as a way of getting in the mood. She had never done this (remember again that this involved actually going to a public theater - something very few women would do in the early 70's, and never unescorted) but she readily agreed to the idea. Now it just so happened that a local theater was showing a triple-header: Deep Throat, Behind the Green Door, and The Devil in Miss Jones.

Talk about sensory overload!

After watching the three flicks, we came out of the theater almost literally in shell-shock. The last thing on either of our minds was having sex. We ended up going to a coffee shop and talking for an hour or two.

Our initial urges returned eventually and the night (as I recall) turned out to have a very satisfactory climax (or two or three, heh, heh).

But what a trifecta! I don't think I've ever seen so much fucking or sucking (onscreen or in person) either before or since.

In a theater (VCRs weren't around yet) I saw a movie that I can't remember the name of, all I can remember is Seka.

Seka is forever in my mind.

OH OH I remember my first porno!! It was New Years Eve 1993 and I was just 13 and at my first New Years Party without the parents!! YEA!! We watched a porn called "Fleshdance" It was a take on Flashdance but was seriously cheesy!! It had a catwoman in it and Music by Guido!! Now considering all the people at this party were cast memeber of our schools latest musical we ended up calling our music teacher Guido til the day we graduated. He still probably has no clue who Guido is!!

Well...

Just one not long after I married my sweetie...he wasn't all that interested and I said I was curious so he got one...because I was too embarrassed to be seen in that section. He brought it home...we watched...I was shocked and asked him what all the fuss was about I couldn't believe there wasn't any attempt at a plot just...let's poke it in this girl and this girl will suck on this guy and then that's about all it consisted of same scenerio over and over for 30 minutes.

He actually rented two and when we started the second one and I saw that it was more of the same just different setting and people we stopped it.

I decided I wasn't missing anything after all and he said I told you with a grin.

The first porno flicks I ever saw were a couple of 8mms my Dad had hidden in a cabinet somewhere. They were about five minutes long, cheap and dull, with no plot. Bascially a bed, an ugly guy, a chubby girl, and no style whatsoever. They got naked, he fucked her. Not even a blowjob. I remember, though, being fascinated by the white creamy stuff that appeared during the climax (with him still in her -- no spurting money shots). I wasn't quite sure where the cream had come from, him or her, or some sort of chemistry experiment betweent he two of them, kind of like that mixture you used to make Science Class volcanoes. Anyway, I was probably about 13.

A year later I found a friendly dude at my local 7-11 who would sell me Penthouse, and I learned a hell of a lot. I even learned how smart I was, because even then I knew the lettes were bullshit and the advice column was stupid -- and, get this, I actually read the articles.

But my first real porn film was around 1977. I was trying to get stage work in New York, taking dance class all over Manhattan, and "The Devil in Miss Jones" was on a double bill with "Deep Throat" in Times Square. I'd heard that everyone was going, even the Park Avenue types. Well, I'd see the theatre every day on the way uptown to Phil Black's killer jazz class, and one day I gave in to temptation and bought a ticket.

The theatre (gone now) was pretty seedy, and I have no idea who else was in there because I avoided all eye contact. The place smelled like Ajax.

First up with "Deep Throat", which finally revealed to me what the hell the damn title was about. I knew it referred to a blowjob, but I didn't know that the story was about a girl whose clit was in the back of her throat, and could only orgasm if she gave the deepest blowjob possible. I remember digging the BJ scenes, but laughing my ass off whenever she "came" because they used, like, fireworks or something. Linda Lovelace wasn't all that attractive, and acted like a gun was being held to her head (which, as we all found out later, was pretty much true). One girl had a line I laughed at -- some guy was going down on her and she lit up a cig and said, "Do you mind if I smoke while you eat?"

"The Devil In Miss Jones" was incomprehensible, and Georgina Spelvin did nothing for me. She was too sharp looking and deep voiced and I didn't like her much. Plus I couldn't get past the inside joke of her name (George Spelvin is a gag name theatres use in programs to denote someone who doesn't really exist -- like "Assistant Costumer: George Spelvin"). There was a snake and some idiot pretneding to be the devil and lots of lusting and heavy breathing and nasty looks, but not all that much decently photographed sex.

Anyway, both films were supposed to be blue milestones for their creative use of plot, and given today's world of VHS crap maybe they still are. But at the time (and remember, I was 17), they didn't turn me on all that much.

I walked out of that theatre not so much disgusted as disappointed, and perhaps feeling a little older.

Hey Dix? Hope you see this.....

Let's see.... How can I do this, be discrete and covey the question.

First off - might you know a long-time, journeyman, card carring actor here in New York? Described thusly.....

Male. Current age 53'ish. 5'7" or 8" - dark, pepper gray hair, full head. Primarily stage, but anything will do for him - summer touring shows, comercials - even did a stint on a soap where he played a Doctor (forget which soap) and actually "is one" in real life but never praticed, decided to become an actor - ex-Navy pilot, Cornell football - knows a whole bunch of relative professionals in town here and has been fairly active in the strike. Upper West Sider for years and one of my best bar buddies - initials MG. That would be MG, MD (medical doctor) - don't want to give his name out for obvious reasons but my bet is you'd pick up on the description if you had any clue at all.
