Over the jubilee weekend I saw Legend (starring a VERY young Tom Cruise) on BBC2.

It is one of my all time favorite films, (along with Labyrinth and Flight of Dragons - to name but two of many)

I was wondering what films others loved and have either seen recently or wishes they would show again.

Also what movie soundtracks do you listen to? The four I have one my playlist at the moment are:

Legend
Shrek
Labyrinth
and Dune.

Got to be The Crow, (the original of course) the others sucked.

That is one of the many fav films of mine that I didn't mention!

I love it though didn't see it till years after it came out.

When I was a young child, Gone With the Wind was re-released in the theaters and my grandmother took me to see it. It had such a profound effect on me....I absolutely adored Scarlett O'Hara and have seen the movie over a dozen times since.

I love the scene where she's running through the fog, and then later on her steps wailing, "but Rhett, what shall I do? Where shall I go? *sigh* that gets me every time.

Of those four choices, Shrek and Dune work for me, the wife likes the other two. lol.

It was sad that Brandon Lee died during the filming. His earlier films he was very wooden and not acting naturally. In the Crow, he seemed to come into his own, I felt he did an excellent job with this movie.
