It's not that it's like, a necessarily new idea, but it's sooooo ripe for exploitation. Ok, so in this instance, the can be exploitation of power dynamics, pseudo incest (its the Stepfather) and soooo much more.

But if he is the professor he can use his position as a mentor to guide her, and seduce her. Maybe hes like an anatomy professor very well versed in reproduction, shes a medical student, it's too much she wants out and would rather be his trophy than a nurse, etc.

There's a ton of potential in this setup. ESPECIALLY if the older man's wife finds out.

It opens up more exploration as well. Like who does the wife want? What has her stale husband not provided? What can she find elsewhere that she can't find with the husband? It becomes equal parts biological drive, revenge, and the potential for so much.

It's easy to go with younger, subversion can break expectation and go with other avenues, go with older if possible, maybe even a woman? Who knows? This is purely speculative.

Like say the professor is 50, his wife is 48, the lover could be 60, why not? Or it doesnt matter, neither does gender, she goes after what she NEEDs above all else. Great duality between the narrative potential.

Exactly. That way the narrative progresses on two fronts. She wants an affair she just needs an excuse.

If she wants knocked up why is she interested in him? Why not just some random drunk guy in a pub toilet like a normal person?
There has to be a specific reason she's doing it with this particular old man. What advantages will her children have? Will she inherit a fortune? Or perhaps her parents signed a contract she'd bear his children when she reached 18.

Probably so ubiquitous but old rich guy driving home dark and stormy night sees homeless young woman stops and helps her. both are lonely and quickly grow together (they can be having sex now) she realizes she loves him and he has no family offer to have a kid or 2 (include breeding scene)

How about instead of an anatomy professor make it a kinesiology professor? Everyone expects the professor of anatomy, but who would even think of the professor of how the human body moves?

Actually a legitimately great idea, that can open a lot more variety in the work itself. Especially any erotic scene, if the professor understands how the body moves, he can display more positions e.t.c.

I've been imagining a moderately wealthy older man whose wife has died. They wanted to have children but she was unable. He comes in contact with a young woman who reminds him very much of her.

He makes an offer to her and her husband. They come live in his house and work for him. During their tenure, she would spend part of her time acting as the other man's wife. She would have two children by him and eventually inherit half of his estate.

The young couple find the offer both attractive and repellent. They want to have a large family if only money wasn't so tight. This man is offering them a nice living, doing things they want to do anyway: cooking and housekeeping for her, driving and groundskeeping for him.

The obvious problem is whether they want to share the wife's body and womb with him. He invites them to stay with him a while, no strings. They try out the jobs - she explores the kitchen, he the garage, both well stocked and equipped.

They also go on a few vacations, the three of them. He doesn't press but encourages them to make out, make love in his presence to get accustomed to him. Once they break down a few mental barriers, they find they like showing off for him.

In my mind, the older man helps overcome the husband's objections by being friendly to him, physically, as he is with her. When the wife lets him rub on suntan oil, for instance, he offers to lotion the husband up too. Not sure how comfortable you are with that.

Maybe he suggests things like him going down on the wife after the husband makes love to her or holding the husband's balls while the wife goes down in him. Subvert the cuckold trope by making the husband the bull and the interloper the cuck. Too weird?

Not weird at all! Like, I try to subvert things all the time, while still engaging in my favorite tropes. My first series on here "All She Ever Wanted" tries a lot of subversions as well.

But maybe he wants an heir specifically with her because he is her dad's old business partner and he wants to make sure that his "line" inherits the business, and she used to be a bratty problem child who has been disinherited after getting married young and divorcing, with the dad having made it clear that the business will go to her kids, not to her.

Or, in a society where the male child is prioritised, the vking or village chief who has knocked up most of the women in the village, has a great track record of producing male bastards. The other men in the village (or kingdom) have performance issues due to a curse (or maybe something in the water supply) and a young nubile women who wants a guaranteed male child decides to get impregnated by the older man, only, he has decided to embrace a spiritual life. Perhaps the twist could be that unknowingly, she is his daughter.

Or its a reality show. Or she is doing a paper on breeding and pregnancy and the relative health of seed and eggs. Or its a bratty stepdaughter who, after seeing her mom being happy after being knocked up, wants her new daddy to give her a baby too, otherwise she is going to pout and stamp her feet and play Katy Perry songs all night at full volume...

All I'm saying is try a few twists and ideas that are out there. They could be fun and more satisfying to write vs the cookie cutter stuff that's all too common.

Working on a story that I hope is going to really go past the typical breeding fantasies as well. I really looove subverting tropes when possible, not only to like differentiate, but also because it creates more avenues for unique narrative development.

Sadly as of this moment, no, but I can say it centers around extreme sadism/masochism and the idea of "redemption" from a former bully and the man she tortured in high school. It's very, different I feel and like my first finished series "All She Ever Wanted" is a slow burn, and quite dark/intense.

Ok, but why miss the extra hook of having her married as well?

Inattentive, unfertile/impotent hubby, whatever? It's such an obvious enhancement.

We can also take the adoption angle. I know two couples who adopted. One because she couldn't conceive, so they dedicated their lives to bringing up adopted children, giving them better lives than their earlier prospects. The other had the kids fly out, but they still wanted to keep caring for children.

The second category offers a lot of possibilities. The young woman sees the adoption request. Her wish is to have kids, and her future of kids might be uncertain (HPV, more solid uterus than normal, etc.). Her current situation doesn't allow her to have children, at least according to her. No (stable) relationship, still studying, and a while lot of other reasons can make her feel not ready.

She sees an opportunity. She can get pregnant, have children before her uncertain future might take that ability away, while still affording her the opportunity to continue studying or whatever her current life is.

She isn't pregnant yet, which is a problem. So maybe she can arrange something with the guy. If he impregnates her, she can offer it for adoption to the older couple. The older couple get the security of knowing they'll get the kid, while she gets her wish to be impregnated.

We can then further add drama. Sure the guy can do it in secret, but we can make it more lecherous. The offer is told to the older woman as well. After a lot of difficult decisions she refuses. Lo and behold, she is suddenly pregnant with child from an anonymous donor. They accept the adoption in all happiness, the anonymous donor twisting the wedding ring on his finger while they accept.

It all happened with secret appointments and the young woman pushing the man to sexual extremes. They nearly got caught, or they go to unusual places to avoid detection. 'Going off to do your own shopping' in the shopping mall. A long evening session at the office. A retreat to do philately on the attic, where she's waiting for his stamp glue. It is best to serve multiple loads over several days for the best chance after all.

Edit: the first option would also work. You can focus on the guys desire to have children, making it more compelling why he breeds her, and the tension around it much bigger.
