Is your wife or at least the woman you want in this story normally quite reserved? It might be cliched but that still the normal "fun" version of this story is about a woman who is normally quiet and sweet and her inner slut is brought out by some older man who can magically read all the signs of submission in her every movement. A couple of ideas I have:

1. Young, newlywed is a runner and is goes out each morning for a few miles. She frequently passes a much older man out for a walk. After she finishes her run she walks a few more laps around the neighborhood. They end up walking together a few times and start talking. Pretty soon, the walking and talking becomes the major focus until they move their work out indoors.

2. Young newlywed couple move into an apartment/townhome complex. Next door neighbor is a much older man who every morning sits on the balcony with coffee. The scent of the coffee drives the newlywed to her balcony and the two begin talking and eventually she joins him on his balcony for coffee. One particular scene in this scenario involves the husband coming home unexpectedly and hearing the two going at it. I have a very similar idea I have been working with. The older man is in his early to mid 70s and is either selling or getting ready to sell the house and move to a smaller place.
