Hey there Lit citizens, ive been a long time reader/lurker in the forums.
But I'm stuck and hopefully, one of you lovely people can help. I remember reading a story a while ago and after an exhaustive search on here and with google's usually omnipotent help Ive hit a dead end.
It was about a guy who buys a magic book on eBay, almost as an afterthought. and then discovers it works. He befriends a young pothead alt. girl and they proceed to exact revenge on those that have wronged her. He also manages to get a broomstick to fly and at one point she knocks him out cold with a shoe and takes advantage of him even though they agreed to remain platonic and not ruin the friendship, it was part of a series.... Any help would be hugely appreciated.
