i'm doing this theme now, but it doesn't fit the 'american' feel of the OP.

i'm doing one set in a northern town in england, in the 70s to start with.

there'll be someone on lit who'll do the story you're looking for though.

yeah he is more than eighteen because he had to change some school and lost some years because of that
