Seriously, I've done this - and not under pleasant circumstances almost 20 years ago. I walked in on my fiance (now ex) and an ex-boyfriend of hers (or so I thought) fucking on my couch. My reaction? I looked at them, kind of shook my head, and went into my bedroom to get what I'd come back to my apartment for. When I came out again, she's crying and reaching out to me - with him still on top and inside of her - which to me is not the appropriate time to request a hug. I was pissed, to say the least, and actually thought to myself, "If you get started (referring to both verbal and physical violence) you probably won't be able to stop until one or both of them are dead...or at least VERY injured." So, I walked to the door, said "See you guys later," and left.

Probably not the pleasant circumstances that the lovely and talented juicylips (hiya, beautiful!) had in mind when starting this thread, but my experience. If I did walk in on it these days.....don't think I could join in - possibly with the exception of it being two women...and in that case I might, in the words of Al Pacino in Scent of a Woman, "Let east meet west...and we build a golden bridge......"
