You probably don't want to hear this but, yes they do. Implants that big tend to feel pretty hard compared to natural breasts. Handling them too roughly can cause pain to the implantee. The positive side is that you NEVER have to worry about them getting saggy! Oh, I guess that would be a positive for the women, huh?
