You Picked a Fine time to leave me Lucille

Heard the old Kenny Rogers song for the first time in decades, and thought that it could be a good multi chapter story. I started laying out the story line, plot and characters, and have probably two chapters in my mind, but everywhere I am taking this is totally non-erotic.

I am frustrated with myself. Yes, I am turning the farm around in revenge of Lucille, and have two ladies taking turns nannying the kids, but so far can't tie that to romance.

Any thoughts?

Maybe one or two of his daughters are over eighteen and willing to take over the duties abandoned by Lucille.....

Well...

It's never revealed who sired the four children. What if Lucille isn't their mom? Oh my and considering the guy who's taking her to the no tell motel...

What if Lucille isn't quite what the song leaves us thinking? What if - in a prior life - Lucille was Baptized as Luke? And - well... the reveal is more like both sides of 'A Boy Named Sue"?

Just thinking about the twists that may be.

So. Who sired the kids? Who birthed them? How is Lucille involved? And what happens when her new boyfriend...

Damn. More chapters here than a coal miners daughter could divine.
