They have these great things called "Dammit Dolls"...you can grab them by the legs and whack them against a desk or something....screaming all sorts of obscenities if you feel the need to!

There's also these dolls you can rip the arms and legs off of...they go back on with velcro. It's very therapeutic!!

The problem with the velcro ones is the arms and legs come off too easy so I usually end up beating the stuffing out of a pillow
