I use to suffer from that, but decided to take the cowboy aproach, and just shoot from the hip. I figure its better to be blunt and honest, besides keeps your mind clear to focus on other things.

A lot of times I don't say exactly what I think because I don't want to sound mean and I don't want to hurt someone's feelings.

Now good stuff I rarely have a problem saying. I don't mind telling people how much they mean to me, how much I enjoy them and how glad I am to have them in my life.

I think that sometimes we need to be kinder and not always say what we think. I think that sometimes people should watch what they say more and not be so free to be so nasty and snide to others.

If it were a friend and something that I disagreed with, especially if my opinion was asked for, I'd tell them. In as gentle a way as I possibly could.
