Raja is best, but there's nothing physical about it.
It's primary, really.
Okay, we'll start there. Think of your brain as a muscle.i'm about as spiritual as a slice of meatloaf.
I just like the stretch & muscle use in it.
Okay, we'll start there. Think of your brain as a muscle.
This is the first muscle you need to learn to control.
It controls all the other ones. But if you can't control it, then you're fucked up right out of the gate.
And working out is working out blah blah blah and whatever.it's a workout. jogging is still jogging whether you send imaginary energy through your core or not.
either you can link me to a video or you can't.
can anyone link me to good 30ish minute sessions on youtube or such?
I only get to class once every two weeks and could do with a daily wake up routine to go through before work.
Okay. I'm being a prat with no links, and I apologize.why don't we start with your assumption that, because I think a lot of the spiritual stuff is horseshit and I don't buy into the fairies & tofu, I cannot focus my mind and I lack awareness of my body.
you're being a pompous prat. stop it.
And working out is working out blah blah blah and whatever.
You said "yoga," not me.
That involves a combination of mind and body.
Are you even interested?
Or do you just want to work out? What's the deal?
i asked for a link to decent yoga routines on youtube, not a lesson on using my imagination.
7 minutes in, i like the look of the workout but the music & bullshit are hard to listen to. i might try that one though.check out Kurt Johnsen, American power yoga. I do his all the time, find one that you like.
that's the hijack i was expecting.i'm both shocked and saddened by the fact that no one has made a creepy yoga pants related post in this thread yet.
just google it
Tara Stiles is a skinny model type, but she is positive and generally unpretentious in her routines.

Thats not bad, but the woman talks to fast....
I like Steve Ross but I couldn't find any YouTube links. He has music in the back ground, nice higher energy workout for yoga and uses classic poses. I get bored during regular yoga workouts, but I always enjoyed his. He use to have a yoga TV show.
