Where are the white kids? We've been in clubs in Ft Meyers and all over Florida. Never any problems. Of course most of those people were white bikers or drunken bar hoppers.
At least these are well dressed 14 year old ladies.

Locally we used to have well-run teenage discos organised by the local community. Yes, they were in the night club used by adults on other nights, but there was a Police presence and community stewards.
There was no alcohol and no drugs. The events ran about eight times a year for five years with no problems inside and occasionally a few older drunken youths outside who were soon deterred by the Police and the numbers of stewards.
They stopped when the venue changed management and started allowing under-18s in illegally despite claiming that their events were for over-25s only.
Now similar events are run by the schools. Only students registered at the particular school are allowed to attend - no older boyfriends/girlfriends and any trouble goes on the student's record.
