Don't have an actual article for this, but National Weather Service has issued a "Dangerous tornado watch" for states like Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama.

AH folk, stay safe and please check in with us from your cellars...or Oz, depending on how dangerous these tornados turn out to be.

This is BAD

Please, AH folks, if you can, touch base with us and let us know you're okay!

Tornado watches were posted from Georgia to Maryland today after a series of lethal storms tore through the U.S. Southeast, killing hundreds of people and cutting power to a nuclear plant.

At least 200 people died in six states, with Alabama hardest-hit, as high winds tore apart homes and businesses, the Associated Press reported. As many as a million people were without power, Alabama’s governor said.
We're talking six states.

Two tornados swept by between my house (in Virginia) and the Blue Ridge Mountains (twenty miles away) last evening. One maybe touched down north of us. Beyond that just rain and heavy wind. A larger thunderstorm the evening before that. Power out in the night, but probably not for long.

Yo! Jersey! Check In!

From here:
Tornado warnings have expired in New York and New Jersey and have been replaced with severe thunderstorm warnings across the region.

Gov. Cuomo has activated the state emergency operations center to monitor the weather amid reports of high winds and flooding from spring storms. Tens of thousands are without power and Newark Liberty International Airport is reporting two-hour delays.
New York/New Jersey how are you?
