there’s a proposed CAREN Act (Caution Against Racially Exploitative Non-Emergencies) to prevent Black people from being harassed by white women who don’t know how to mind their business.

while people are getting targeted for sitting, standing, jogging, birdwatching, walking purely because people with lighter skins are racially profiling them and creating problems, i support the outing of them on social media. I also believe they should face serious education addressing why they react that way AND police fines/other actions for wasting police time... and given the dangerous results of so many of these calls, charges that correspond in those instances.

In this report's instance, a guy who'd leased a house with his white partner (the busybody didn't know she was in the house and the black guy was 'the only black on the block') was simply standing on his own property. She demanded he prove he lived there, demanded he show HER his lease.
