I've been figthing a lot with many people lately. Don't know why, really. I feel strongly about certain subjects, and I like to argue my point of view, but apparently in doing so, I've been rude to some people that I didn't mean to hurt.

In showing the ability to introspect and acknowledge that she may have erred (I don't know if she really did) Svenska demonstrates that she is worthy of such reassurance. It is kindness to give it under these circumstances, and makes both the giver and the receiver feel good.
