Just had a second story accepted by Forum magazine ('The International Journal Of Human Relations'). This time I didn't even have to pretend to be a woman.

Gettin' real paid, too - another £125. (Don't know what that is in 'American'. Probably about 250 to 300 dollars.) The cheque for the first one is winging its way to me as we speak (two months after publication - but better late than very late).

Whisper - I've just checked Forum's guidelines again. They don't accept e-mail submissions. They want manuscripts typed on one side of the paper only. (There's no need for double-spacing.)

Here's a bit from their guideline:

"We are looking for pieces of between 2500-3000 words. We are allowed to be explicit in the language we use but the erotic content should be sensual rather than crude.

"We are not allowed to print stories which deal with anything illegal, including under-age sex, anal sex (unless those taking part are over 18 and in private - i.e. no threesomes!) incest, bestiality, and anything which features extreme violence or appears to glorify rape or the use of force in a sexual encounter.

"Stories with a gay/lesbian theme, or those which deal with mild bondage/SM are acceptable, as long as it is made clear that both partners are willing participants."

The For Women guidelines are pretty much the same but the stories must be exclusively from a female perspective (whether written by a woman or a man).

I hope that's helpful. Although, hopefully not for TOO many of you - don't want y'all eating up my potential earnings, now, do I?

Haha - in America, I think you have 'Forum Letters', is that right? In the UK 'Forum' is also full of "genuine readers' letters" (hahahahahahahahahahahaha!!) but they also have a couple of 3000 word erotic stories. (Bob Guccione's the chairman, so I guess the magazines must be related.)
