I seem to have a technical hitch with yahoo chat, something I have never seen before.

Having previously had a contact listed and inadvertantly deleted, we now cannot reconnect (both parties). We have both attempted to clear the address and contact books and resend an invitation, but nothing is going through, either way. There is still contact through email.

We would like to reconnect the yahoo chat function. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Perhaps do a system restore to a date where everything was working OK. Bear in mind you may loose anything good that has changed since that date, recent downloads, etc.
