I think maybe they do it because that's the aspect they're fetishising, it that makes sense. In their heads, they don't want lush, voluptuous breasts, they want the saggy, floppy tits. They may find them hot, but they don't find them beautiful. Like the people who define sluts as "nasty" or "depraved" instead of "adventurous" or "skilled." They don't want the awesome, beautiful slut. They want the skank that lives in the back of their heads.

But if they're really lusting after the lush, voluptuous breasts, then they should maybe craft their approach in a more upbeat and flattering way.
