or simply not want to read an author's stories when they mispell words in their thread titles inviting ideas or feedback.

The classic spelling error is

"writting"

or

"writter"

Some careless errors are to be expected, but if an author can't spell "writing" or "writer", it really makes one wonder.

I almost forgot, when someone uses "Ya" instead of "You", it is like fingernails on my mental chalkboard!
