XXX Pics and new laws...

I was ready a sticky that said the laws had changed and it is now illegal to post pics of intercourse, oral, anal, etc. So....I've noticed that some people pics have been taken out of posts, but others have posts with all sorts of sex pics. What gives? Why are some allowed to stay but others have to go? I'm all in favor for them to be allowed to stay.

Forgive the intrusion, but I feel this law covers personal photographs only, and not those commercially available ones. For example, if you took pictures of yourself and your girlfriend having sex, and later you broke-up, is it fair to your ex to post those personal pics?

I'm not saying that I'm against displaying any pornographic pics, but let's just say, if there are no complaints, why don't we just sit back and relax?

It is certainly not an intrusion. I agree with you, and in no way was complaining. You did bring up a good point about an ex posting pictures of you though....but as long as a person is consenting, let's sit back, relax, and enjoy!
