Xtc

I downloaded sense's and I really can't get into this music at all. Different strokes for different folks.

Yep, I don't like Techno, or how ever you spell it.

I've finished XTC - I'm into The Box now. But I do love Green Man.

Closer Together...?

Tres cool in your general direction!

Romial, XTC is kind of cerebral stuff. It's not the sort of thing you would put on at a party (unless it was, say, a party full of nerds like, well, me). Their songs are really meant to be listened to and digested, so you might well not get much out of it on the first listening.

Try "Dear God", it's a pretty powerful thing.

Incredible Song.

BTW - I'm the type of nerd that has played XTC at parties.

This is "The Pleasure and the Pain" - early, maybe their first, not sure.

Moving on to Eurythmics now. ~~ I feel like seventeen! I really do!

I've always thought their dissonant harmonies and instrument layers are way cool....I do believe I have all their recordings.

The 2 album early release of English Settlement is quite good, but their more recent morrocan styled stuff is my fave I think.

Eurythmics???Seventeen again????

Shit I feel old now! I was 28 when the Eurythmics were hot! Xanadeau (SP) was the latest film. I hate reminessing!

Got a call from an old aquaintence today about a high school reunion for 31 years. Go figure.
