Going by the description, this sounds like a Poly relationship, so the term is already there.

Pretty soon the question will be not if you want to share, but whether or not he is a sharing type.

I was actually going to ask if that was a beginner of a story, but checked the board name (twice!) and this is not the one for the story ideas.
