I really didn't pay any attention to the sudden, sharp pain in my back. I should have. Right after I felt it, I was being assaulted. By everyone. Rogue was kicking the hell out of me. I had never been kicked that hard before. I was just being severely beaten. I guess this was just a reminder to remember my place. Storm just kinda hovered over us, not really participating. Okay, they've had their fun, I decide, and I grew tired of being hit on.
I teleported across the room, icing up in the process. Once I reappeared, all of them ran up to me. Rogue flew. She seemed really pissed. I grabbed her arms when she reached me, thinking I could overpower her. Not to happen. She just out muscled me, sending me onto my back with a sharp crack. My ice covering cracked. "Where ya goin, sugah," she asked as she started hitting me in the face again. It was fun at first, but I was now sick of it. I teleported across the room again. But this time, when I reappeared, I was ready. When they came at me now, they were met by three large, icicle shaped profectiles coming in their direction. Each was about a foot long. I managed to get Rogue, causing her to stumble slightly as she ran towards me. A crescent kick across her face sent her sprawling onto the floor. She didn't move. Didn't even twitch.
"That's going to leave a mark, sugah," I say, mocking her. I teleported again, just as Logan and Scott reached me. I appeared behind and above Storm. I dropped, since I can't fly, onto her back. She was totally surprised, and she didn't even act before I completely encased her in ice and both of us fell to the ground. When she hit, the ice casing shattered, sending chunks of ice around the room.
Two down...
"Well, Eric, it looks like you have more control than you let on. You seem to be quite effective." Scott began walking towards me, and Logan was attempting to circle to my side. I created ice under Scott's feet, causing him to fall as I rushed Logan. I shouldn't have. He tied me up in a grapple, falling on top of me and using his forearm to choke me. I struggled for a while, then everything started to fade. He let me go, then. I lay there as my brain started working again and noticed the two guys were helping Rogue and Storm. I just lay there, letting my own healing factor work.
"He's pretty good, Scott. Any other bright ideas," I heard Logan say as they helped Rogue and Storm out of the danger room.
