Photon began to glow a bit brighter, as he let out a nervous laugh. The other students laughed, too. Rumors had already begun to fly about the hot new couple. As i was headed back to the masion i notice a group of students wrestling around on the ground, all of whome helped in the fight we had recently won. I began to walk back to the pool house, noticing a pain in my left ankle and a limp, I began to float just off the ground to ease the pain of walking. I still feel groggy and a little disorientated from the power surge the girl called Wolf ran through me. I knew she would pull through, she's a tough one.

I was surprised at the girls power, they all suprised me. I should have told her...I will. I know now I did the right thing in comming here.If only I could tell them everything. Dammit, I can't keep them in the dark. The next thing that comes knocking on that gate is probably gonna be looking for me and what I've got, I cant run forever these mutants are the worlds last defense.

I light a cigarette from my pocket and inhale, the embers burn brightly, then blow away. I sit on the pool house roof ashing my cigarette over the side. I reached up and pulled the pendant from around my neck. It glowed white through the strange designs on the locket.

"I need to talk to Xavier",I say to no-one.My head down. Cigarette burning.

Walking back from town I see the front gate torn off the hinges and I rushed inside expecting to see a fight going on.

I got to the grounds and there certainly were SIGNS of a fight but nothing else.

"Great, I missed a fight....Ihope everyone's OK," I muttered to myself my thoughts turning to that girl Wolf.

I walked inside. "Anyone mind filling me in on what I missed?"

After being reamed out for 10 minutes and being told what happened I asked, "So is everyone all right?"

"Wolf had a bit of an unpleasant experience but she'll be fine...otherwise nothing's wrong."

Silk blushed as she heard all the class whispering at her obvious connection with Photon. As Storm brought everyone back to concentrate on the subject at hand Silk tried hard not to look at Photon again. He looked up at the same time she did and she was caught by his smile.

The class seemed to take forever. Finally the bell rang and it was over or so she thought. "Treasure!" Storm called out... Silk moaned as Photon shrugged kissing her on the cheek, "I'll catch ya later huh?"
Silk nodded and watched forlornly as Photon slipped out of the classroom and recieved several slaps on the back from some of the others. The class seemed unaturally quiet when the all the student's finally left.

"Treasure... Silk...?" Storm asked.
"You can call me Silk now... I think I know why I got the name."
"I had thought as much," Storm smiled, "thats part of the reason why I needed to talk to you, you'll have to go to medical to get your... err..." she looked at Silk's hair, "new talent looked into, we do tests now so that if anything happens, we're prepared."
"I understand Storm thanx... I'll go there right now."
"And Silk?"
"Yes?"
"You've found quite a man there you know?"

Storm laughed as she watched Silk practically skip off to the medical lab.

As silk enters the lab she notices someone inside already. "Hello?"
Stalker looks up and groans as the gauze falls from his hands.
"Oh my goodness!" Silk exlaims, "are you okay? Geez, isn't anyone here to help you? Let me do that!" Her hair automatically snaked out to pick up the fallen gauze even as her hands checked his wounds. He winced and pulled back looking at her hair moving of it's own accord.

"Sorry... " Vixen blushed pulling her hair back under control so that it tied into a graceful pony tail again. She blushed, suddenly embarrassed. "Look... ummm..." she started to wrap the gauze around his waist as gently as she could while still keeping it firm... "my.. my name is Silk.. what's yours?"
"Stalker"
She looks up surprised at the name... "Oh.." she says suddenly at a loss for words. Finally she finished wrapping him up.
"There, that should do it, you really need to get medical to look at that though."
He nodded.
"Why are you here?"
"Oh... nothing really..." her ponytail swayed unnaturally as her nervousness affected it, "I'm suppossed to see medical about..." she laughed indicating her hair, "new power... but since no one's here, I guess I'm going to the caffeteria for lunch."

He coughed up some blood. 'Damnit' Looks up to a sigh and sees Prof. X. 'I know Prof, I'm out...I did the one thing that I swore never to do.' Tries to stand but collapses back onto his knees, Rogue crouches by him. "Darlin' ya need to rest, besides ah think the Prof. was gonna let you off, 'cause you had no choice in that fight." Smiles up at Rogue and gives her a smirk. then looks to Prof. X 'Oh by the way Prof. just wanted to let you know that Cinder can see, thanks to me. Projected part of my healing factor to her and now she can see. Not sure on how long it will last but for now she's no longer blind.' Looks behind him and sees Cinder landing 'Hey baby girl'

Timebomb sat in his room. Suddenly the bars creaked and exploded inwards. Magneto flew into the room followed by the other big villains. Apocalypse smashed through a wall. Toad dropped in from the roof. Mystiq flew in as a bird."Help!" Timebomb shouted, increasing the force of the sound. Magneto pulled out a few bars and threw Timebomb into a wall and secured him there with the bars. Still, Timebomb had put a lot of force behind his shout and he still heard it echoing off the walls and waking students up.

"He was a strange one..." Silk mused to herself... she was just about to leave when one of the med team arrived and greeted her. "Ahhh yes Silk... was hoping you'd drop by today... let's have a look at you huh?"
Silk nodded and let the woman touch her hair... she felt something sharp and squealing in pain. Turning angrily. The woman held up a piece of her hair and a pair of scissor... "What the hell!" Silk cried, tears in her eyes.
"It was damn hard to cut let me tell you, but we need to do some tests on it... sorry Silk... I didn't realise how sensitive it was... maybe you could talk to one of the telepath teachers about controlling your sensitivity?"
Silk sniffled and nodded in agreement.
"Well okay... you can come back tomorrow... I'll do your physical then."
"Fine!" Silk nearly sprinted for the door. Her hair loose about her shoulders. She didn't want to even think about it for now.

She finally reached the cafeteria and saw Photon talking to some people. She felt shy. She really didn't know many people here, if her interaction with that guy Stalker was anything to go by, her social skills were seriously lacking. She warred with her emotions, the need to feel his arms around her and the overwhelming shyness. Photon turned and saw her standing there indecisive and smiled. Silk forgot everything but his smile and scampered over to him flinging her arms about his waist. "Hey there angel..." he kissed to top of her head, she winced a little but smiled up at him... "how was your medical?"
"gotta go back tomorrow..."
"lemme introduce you?" he asked... she listened carefully to the names but she wasn't really concentrating, all she could think about was having him all to herself.

They all heard the shout... Silk felt her hair tingle in response to the cry for help. Photon powered up brightening considerably. "Come on... someone's in trouble!"

Silk grabbed his arm before he could fly off without her, she could see he didn't want her getting hurt, she frowned at his thoughts... "I'll be safer with you..." she responded to his unspoken thought. He grinned and picked her up flying them towards the cry for help... Time Bombs room...

Hearing the call by timebomb who lives in the hall below me a reach into my closet and pull out a modified version of my uniform lined with different plastics to deflect magnetism(after wolverines adamantium was pulled from his skin we became more cautios. Knowing that i couldnt use my claws i slid the back wall open to reveil several guns and i swing from my window to the hole in the wall below me firing off several rounds of rubber bullets twords toad and magneto. While they are on the ground i rush over to timebomb and start pullent the poles out as apocolips comes up behind me with his arm changed to a sledge hammer smashes my head into the wall untill i go through the other side. With several holes in my uniform i start firing off more and more rounds waiting for all of the people around to help out. I am just praying that the guys down stairs know that they didnt kill Juggernaut, he's just playing with them waiting for the best time for the rest of the brotherhood has the upperhand.

Still firing rounds I run out of ammo. Knowing that this was the only chance i could take out magneto without having my skeleton pulled from the holes in my uniform i charged magneto hitting him with my knees and elbows(the hardest pieces of bone on the body.) I keep attacking him while he is still reeling from the rubber bullets eventually rendering him unconsious. Thinking of the only way i could despose of the rest of them i run upstairs and break into my teamate IRON KNIFE'S room. Growing up under indian heritage he was given a talacemin. I knew that the talacemin could teleport them from the mansion. flying through the mansion i get back to the battle taking place i notice that there are more students joining the fight but we are still losing, not knowing what the hell to do i just crossed my fingers and hoped that it would do the work. After a few minutes it started glowing green and spinning untill i was forced to let go, it entered the middle of the room and I told the students to push then twords it. With everyones final effort they are pushed into the zone and vanish in a green cloud, as all of the pushing students fall to the floor. Pulling the plastic lined mask from my face and lighting up a cigar. Is everyone allright?

(Still rubbing my wound) I wouldnt worry about it(saying that knowing full well that magneto is trying to get him to join the brotherhood). I know that i will have to keep guard over timebomb. His power is strong, there is no doubt they are after him.

Back in the med lab i notice that there is a a hard spot in my wound. Stabbing myself in the stomach with my claw and diggin in pulling out a peice of metal that magneto used his power to make it sprawl and dig into my vital organs, pulling the peice out i start bleeding heavily , uncontrolably untill i black out.
