Correct! I liked that she was kind of a legacy in that she's from the Allen bloodline, and the Flash is probably my favorite DC hero.

Good one though. A lot of fans of the old school Legion snub the V2 original characters.

She was Bart Allen's sister I do believe. A nod to the sixties Tornado twins that appeared in the Legion as the grand children of Barry Allen and Iris.
