-He chuckled and looked to her eyes.-"So What do you want to do after? We need to wash down and relax a moment but....we still got plenty of time to do other things."

“I don’t know. Maybe we can go and hang with some of the other guys.” She suggests, taking a big bight of her sandwich and grinning at Neko. “Unless you’d like to be adventurous.”

 

[NickisSora]

"I don't really care as long as we can be together....We can see if we can take a mall trip with a few of the others....maybe just go walking around a bit.....or...."-he looked over and began to rub his foot along her leg lightly.-

“The mall?” Lila asked with her eyes wide. “Forget sex, I want to go shopping.” She said, giggling with glee.

 

[NickisSora]

-He laughed and nods as they finished eating and got there shoes and wallets and such. They were going with Kitty,Kurt, Rouge, Jubilee, Bobby, and Logan as a Chaperon they began heading off as they were in the van together. Neko just nestled comfortably against Lila.-

Snuggling close to Neko, she smiled and became excited about the trip to the mall. It had been forever since she’d been and going out with the group was like a dream come true. When the van stopped, she dragged Neko behind her, laughing and talking with the rest of the group. Little did she want to tell any of them, but since leaving home for the school, her family had cut her off financially. The money in her account was quickly depleated, so she would have to be very careful.

-Neko felt like a Dog on a leash a bit as they begin to walk around the stores. She wanted to go to the mall yet she didn't buy anything at all so far despite being interested in it. He paid attention as he smiled.-"Hey why don't you try on a new outfit you like."-Neko said as he smiled he would buy it for her as a small surprise.-

Lila looked towards Neko as he told her to try on something that she liked. She blushed gently and started to shake her head, stopping as she saw the expectant smile on his face. He would buy it for her, that much she knew, and she wasn’t sure how she felt about that.

“Oh…ummm…well, maybe later. Let’s go hit the food court.” She said, quickly changing the subject.

-He bit his lip as he sighed.-"Ok but I'm not very hungry yet."-he said and smiled as they walked off to the Food court Neko looking around the other stores as they walked.-

Pulling Neko to the food court, she suddenly felt a bit better. They stopped at the pretzel stand and bought two with some dipping cheese. Finding a clear table, she sat down and relaxed with a deep sigh.

 

[NickisSora]

-Neko looked to the Pretzel and tears off a piece of it and dips it as he munches.-"Are you ok you seem really tense?"-he asked softly.-

“Yeah, I’m fine. Guess I’m just not as enthusiastic to shop since I got here.” She said with a shrug, unable to meet Neko’s eyes.

 

[NickisSora]

-He was worried she couldn't wait to get here but maybe she never wanted to buy something.-"OK....I want to go to a store im not very hungry. I will meet you back here in a bit."-he smiled and looked but she looked puzzled.-"Or you come with me....."-he grins.-"Won't you try on some clothes for me that you like... I would like you to model for me."-he chuckled a bit.-

‘Neko…” Lila said with a warning in her voice. The look on his face was hard to say no to and she let out a sigh. “Alright. I’ll go with you, but you aren’t allowed to buy me anything.”

 

[NickisSora]

-He looked to her.-"Why not....Maybe i want to buy you something because.....I want to."-he said softly as he took her hand to pull her along.-

“Neko, no.” Lila tried to protest as he took her hand and pulled her along. “Neko…”

Lila felt panic rising in her chest and she ripped her wrist out of his grasp. “I’m not a charity case!” She exclaimed, her cheeks glowing red and tears rising in her eyes as she spun around and ran in the opposite direction.

-Neko was shocked and ran after her before catching up and holding her.-"what's wrong where did that come from....I just wanted to buy you something nice.....what charity case?"-Neko was confused and was tring to understand.-

Lila simply shook her head, too embarrassed to answer him as he asked her what she was talking about.

 

[NickisSora]

-Neko looked to Lila deep in her eyes.-"Talk to me Lila...please you can trust me....can't you....i am just confused and want to understand."

“I….I can’t afford anything.” She whispered to him, her eyes unable to meet his. “My mom stopped supporting me since I’ve been at the school.”

 

[NickisSora]

-Neko looked to her eyes that made sense he held her tight and looked her in the eyes.-"You don't have to hide things like that...we will help you do anything you want and...we can hopefully find you work. Though i am curious how do the other students have money."

“I don’t know.” Lila said miserably. She wasn’t above having a job, but with her power still struggling to be controlled, it made her incredibly nervous and fearful that something might happen out of her control.

 

[NickisSora]

"Look don't worry about it ok....come on we came here to hang out and get a few things...so let's get something really pretty you want ok...."

Lila looked up at Neko and the protest was on her lips but she bit back her reply and finally nodded. He wouldn’t let her leave the mall that day without buying her something.

-Neko smiled and looked to her eyes. Neko walked along with her as they looked around at the stores.-"So where do you want to go?"
