AV pics don't have to be over 18, unless there's nudity. And even then, there's no written rules that I know of at Lit, for that. People here use their grandkids or even own children in their av's sometimes.

I understand that, but considering the way that the picture is presented, the fetus is naked since there is nothing covering the "private parts" and that does make it nudity of a fetus.
