You know, what has the world come too?

This is the type of story that makes me think that MAYBE those pin-heads are right, that MAYBE all lesbian really are bitter, man-hating....

Well, I'm sure you're all aware of the negative stereo-type associated with them.

Blame is with the courts not the lesbian women. Maybe you should read more than a 1/3 page summary before spouting off.

Hey, MM, Can you tell me how you had that icon link for the onion posted?

I did read it!

I did read the article, if there is another article on the same story elsewhere, then by all means post the URL to it. Assuming you read the same 4 or 5 paragraphs that I did, then maybe you should read between the damn lines before YOU "spout-off.

"while in this case the man was a friend of the couple".

As if the lesbian who currently holds custody of the kid didn't ask the court for child-support. Don't you think the judge would have nulled the verdict if she had simply stated she did not WANT him to pay child support? Wht type of "friend" does that, I ask you?

this is just a story. it'll be overturned and you can go back to worrying about something else.

Actually, the blame is with the women and the man involved. They should have visited a lawyer BEFORE the child was conceived and completed all the necessary paperwork for him to relinquish all rights/obligations to the child. Then after the child was born, they should have gone back to the lawyer and double-checked that everything was as they wanted it.

If you knowingly create a child or allow a child to be created with your DNA, you're responsible for it until you legally relinquish parental rights/obligations or they are terminated by a court of law.
