Okay, so I'm bored... I was watching some movies last night, and BOTH of them had a scene with the WTCs in them... It's nice to see them, because it remains as a tribute...

So, on that note, how many movies can you think of that have a scene with them showing on the skyline or otherwise?

I'll start with the two I saw last night:

Men In Black
Independence Day

Next...??

Is it NYPD Blue that has them in the opening shots?

Just to be picky -- the WTC shot in "Spider-man" was created for the trailer, and was never intended to actually be in the movie.

There's "King Kong", of course, the crappy re-make where Kong climbs one tower, jumps to another, before falling to his death to the plaza below.

It figures prominently in those epic Staten Island Ferry ride shots in "Working Girl". ("Let the river run, let all the dreamers, wake the nation. Come, the New Jerusalem.")

I think they're often in Sex and the City, and I'm sure I saw them in that Michael J Fox sitcom thing; whatever it's called... not one of my faves' I'm afraid.

I too think it's good to see them in so many shows and films. They - and every victim - will live forever this way.

Although no the skyline, the Emearld City in "The Wiz" was actually shot in one ofthe tower's lobbies the year they were opened.

They can be seen in the opening credits for "The Sopranos".
