writer's resume

Hello all,

I managed to get some things happening with my writing off-Lit and I want to create a resume so I can apply for something else. I have googled and googled but haven't been able to find a sample of a writer's resume. Could someone please point me towards a specific resource on this? Book, website, anything? Thank you.

I tried the two or three volumes I have here on resume's, but they are all bussinessy ones. I didn't see anything for theatrical or scholarly. I sent a note to on eof my professors from college, but she hasn't got back to me yet.
