I said this a few days ago when things got crazy, I think it's time for us to add yet another server. We just added one a few months ago, and it's insane to need another one again so soon, but I can't figure out any way around it. We are getting blasted with lots and lots of fun new people and the machines we have just aren't fast enough to keep up during high use time (usually around 9pm Pacific Time.)
For those of you that have been around during a server upgrades and additions, you know what fun those can be! Usually they are seamless, but every once in a while all hell breaks loose.
Maybe sometime next week we'll start working on adding some more hardware.
