Reason for asking is that I just had a wrong number that says he's a multi millionare, offer me half a million just because he was feeling generous. Have to say it was the strangest call I've ever had before.

Sounds like a prank call to me. If he wanted to give you the money, why not just mail it to you........oh, give him my name, number and address if he should happen to call again.
