Would you sue a stripper for performing her show?

He probably has the nightmares from what his wife said she is gonna do to him.

Even if you got injured during the show?

To me...sitting in gynecological row means that there is some natural danger that may occur...you may get splashed by her liquids...fallen on...or whatever...

Well, this guy was sitting in that front row when she spun around one of those infamous poles and kicked him by accident in the face...apparently his nose was broken, he received cuts and scrapes and now suffers from loss of sleep, nightmares, blurred vision and headaches.

SO...because HE chose to sit in the front row and get the bird's eye view...he is suing her and the bar...

He was drinking McDonald's coffee too.......

We live in way too litigious of a society

Oh brother. Did he not CHOOSE to go to the bar?
Did he not CHOOSE to sit in that seat?

He likely paid admission to the show.

i bet he got thrown out of dennys as well

Let's see now...sueing someone for taking their clothes off. NOPE!!!!!!!!! I don't care if they injured me. THEY TOOK THEIR CLOTHES OFF!!!!!!!!!!! That's worth the injury. Nightmares for getting kicked in the face. PLEASE!!!!!!!!! That's one of the most ridiculous things I've heard.

I would only sue a stripper if after getting a lap dance I found out that she was truly a he.. That would give me nightmares.

This meaningless post brought to you by Slick Willy's Wacking Emporium.

I'll tell what I would do

with this fuckwad.

I'd make him go to a HOMOSEXUAL strip show...and make just for the fun of it he could get sodomized
I would not mind seeing that...
not because I get off on the gay stuff, but when you take a real hetro-type of guy and do that...he just may take his own life...problem solved.

It was an accident.

She didn't have the intent to assault him. He shouldn't be able to sue. In the future they probably should seat the customers farther back.

He's such an ass. Would you sue a streetwalker for not giving you the fuck of your life? Imagine the embarrassing trial of either situation.

What a nimrod!

ROTFLMAO...

The mind boggles when you think what happened when he eventually got home...

:D :D

What a moron!

That goober was WAY too close to the stage if he was in range of the gals foot to start with. As for me, as long as she offered to kiss it and make it ALL better, I'm okay with the whole deal. Besides, can you imagine standing up in court and explaining THAT to a judge and jury? I don't THINK so!!!! :D

Phantom.
