To me...sitting in gynecological row means that there is some natural danger that may occur...you may get splashed by her liquids...fallen on...or whatever...

Well, this guy was sitting in that front row when she spun around one of those infamous poles and kicked him by accident in the face...apparently his nose was broken, he received cuts and scrapes and now suffers from loss of sleep, nightmares, blurred vision and headaches.

SO...because HE chose to sit in the front row and get the bird's eye view...he is suing her and the bar...

He was drinking McDonald's coffee too.......
