if one sole wore out but the other was still good, i'd get both replaced at the same time. most good shoemakers would recommend this. what i would do is see a doctor though, probably an orthopedic specialist--it would be abnormal to wear out one shoe and not the other.

(and here i thought this thread was going to be about fish dinners. duh.)
