Hi, I'm back (briefly).

Due to new paths my life has taken, I am now away from the internet most of the time. Some of you may remember a couple of times when I have started threads and suddenly disappeared. This WILL HAPPEN AGAIN.

I will, however, be able to post at least once a week, so let me know if anyone is interested in taking a part in any of my threads despite this.

Should I attempt any threads even though I can only post occasionally, or should I give up and return to the cold, hard streets of reality (*Insert mournful violin solo*)?

Keep me posted!

go ahead and make your threads, man. As long as people know about your other commitments before they get involved in your thread, they should understand when you disappear at irregular intervals.

Fight Club

I was thinking about a thread sort of based on Fight Club, in which PC'S fight in some kind of tournament. Here are some ideas. Let me know if you're interested!

1) Fight in character. Create any character, it doesn't matter.
2) Only two fights a week, but you can have as many PC's fighting as you want and both fights can be at once. Sign up to me by PM. First two fights I get are the ones fighting that week.
3) I'll post about once a week to sign up fights, refferee, etc.
4) BE IMAGINATIVE! If you have to, conceed defeat. It doesn't mean you can't fight again.

How does this sound? Any takers?

Thanx Monkey Man!
(You should get an av with monkey magic on it. Yeah, that would be a classic)

Maybe you didn't get the show in the States. Yeah, a monkey spirit in ancient China goes on a quest with a priest, a pig spirit and a water demon to find the holy land.
Funny shit. Terrible acting. It was kinda like violent anime with real actors.

........eh....um......nope.............perhaps Iron Monkey? Didn't see it though....heard it blew..........

Dunno. But check outhttp://www.fortunecity.com/lavendar/sydenham/134/

It was based on a real legend of the travels of a group of warriors. I can't remember the name of the scribe who penned it, but it was originally called Journey To the West. It was the tale of the hero, Monkey, and his three friends. Written approx. 1500 years ago, it inspired the chinese to appreciate literature, and to expand their boundaries and be more open-minded to change and revelation.
I've never seen the show you're talking about, but that's the original.
