A lot of them are in fact converts and especially amongst the black community perhaps a strong unifying leader would have some positive effect. I think however the thought process here is a bit wonky. We have terrorist yes, but in America. . .honestly the cops kill more people annually than the terrorists do and create a fair amount of them with our attitude. If the world didn't have the Caucasian my argument is that this crap wouldn't be happening.
