Actually what it means is:

You can post pictures of your cock if you want BUT....

They must be HOSTED on another website. So you host them on a different website and post the LINK to them. that is how a lot of people do most of their pictures anyways.

So you upload your pics to a hosting website
Post the link (note JUST a link not a thumbnail or the actual picture)

And you will be perfectly fine to show off your cock etc

I know a couple sites that people use if you want to PM me I can send you the links or you can just try google for one (you want to make sure it/they allow adult pics).
